A Motivational  Event  for a Healthy Joy-filled life now during the Covid 19  Pandemic

Whole Person:  Alive and Well with Dr.  Lucille  W. Ijoy

During difficult times, people often become depressed and hopeless and wonder how they can survive.

Fear and hunger can make people desperate and aggressive.

It may seem like a low priority to think about ones attitude. However, the Great Depression proved that one of the greatest obstacles to survival was when a person simply couldn’t cope. People buckled under the stress. Some sank into brutal mental depression that caused them to give up and waste away. So, how does one survive a terrible struggle like this during COVID-19?

There are many actions people can take to ease their sense of fear. Dr. Lucille W. Ijoy, Family and Marriage Therapist, will share some of they ways we can weather the storm of change. Through different economic and political climate changes, she has not only survived, but flourished.

As the creator of the “Hug not Hit” movement, Dr. Ijoy, a Certified Mediator has written over 20 books and materials.

By listening to “Dr. Lucille W. Ijoy Speaks Family Therapy Peace – One Minute at a Time Blog” https://www.miop.net/blog/ many people have learned how to respond to some of life’s most stressful situations.

Join her during the “Feel Good Series” of online workshops to help people unwind and feel better. The Theme: 10,000 or more surprising ways to be who you are. Register today to reserve your spot, https://www.eventbrite.com/e/130026688325
