1st Sphere Community and Economic Development is a 501(c) 3, non-profit corporation. For over two decades, our volunteers have assisted our community in multiple human services areas. While most of our programs focus on delivering affordable and equitable technology, health, finance and housing opportunities to low and moderate income people, the foundation of our work is ensuring that our successes are repeatable, trackable and that we are accountable for and learn from our failures.
We pass this methodology on to the community we serve. At first, it is difficult to embrace our shortcomings. However, we have found that the benefits of accountability far out-weighs the short-lived embarrassment of failure.
