Volunteer induction
A good induction ensures volunteers are able to contribute quickly and feel part of the organization. Good volunteer management includes ensuring volunteers are trained to fulfill their roles.
We provide opportunities and manage risks. We have learned through decades of program experience that is important to strike the appropriate balance. So, we never overwork our volunteers. We acknowledge volunteers’ training and experience more formally through gaining a qualification or accreditation.
